| Newbie | Help on partition I've been trying to create new partition by following the steps in this forum that is through the Disk management but still it has an error. Even when I tried to delete the free space, I still get the same error. Can someone help me on this. The error says "there is not enough space available on the disk(s) to complete this operation". I've attached a screenshot below showing the drive available |

| Retired PC Builder | Re: Help on partition Aaaaaah..................free space is just that.....FREE Space. There is really nothing there, so you can't just delete it. What you must do is RESIZE one of the other partitions to use up that free space, or CREATE a new partition in that space. Either will use up the free space and it will subsequently be GONE. OK?
