Video thumbnails doesn't works

Hi all

I have Vista Ultimate 64-bit

at any folder that contain videos not all videos appears in thumbnails

Like this screen shot u can see that there is some video appears and some other not



how can i solve this ???

in windows XP there was Refresh Thumbnails option but i can't find any similar one at Vista

at 32-bit version every thing works ok but at 64-bit version i have a few problems

I have this problem with a few vids also. Don't know what the answer is. F5 will refresh, but doesn't help in my case.

yes uninsall k-lite, reboot and install vcp.
