start menu bug (another one :o)

Hello, I wanted to make a new shortcut in my start menu, so I dragged the exe file from total commander onto it (having the shortcut arrow beside cursor), it opened, I scrolled with arrow keys (strange that menu does not scroll automatically when I move mouse to the top or bottom edge :-\ ), found the folder I wanted to use, moved mouse into it and released it. Instead of having a shortcut I moved the exe file into start menu! WTH? The cursor was in the shortcut mode! So I tried again and this time I held a alt key - cursor was still in the same shortcut form as before, but now shortcut was properly created! If I held shift key, the cursor changed to a "move" type and the file was moved - this would be a correct behaviour. Not like the previous...

Hello VistasLoWang,

I have not seen this problem myself. See if using the method in this tutorial will work better for you instead.
