How do I delete oriental font files?

Can you help? I am trying to clean up my font library and I am having trouble deleting some files listed below:

Gulim & GulimChe & Dotum & DotumChe, Malgun Gothic, Meiryo & Meiryo Italic, Microsoft JhengHei, Microsoft Sans Serif, Microsoft YaHei, MingLiU & PMingLiU & MingLiU_HKSCS,
MS Gothic & MS PGothic & MS UI Gothic, Segoe UI, SimSun & NSimSun.

All these files have one thing in common they have oriental charactors in them which I do not need or wish to support. I have full ownership and access rights to each file yet the system keeps responding that the files are in use. system font is set to Arial.

How are you trying to delete them. The way to manage fonts in Vista is through the Fonts Manager in Control Panel - Appearance and Personalization

The Fonts you identified are installed by Vista and MS recommends you don't remove them.

Norm
