hey, i just install a modified form of vista call nvidia revolution, after i change the language locate in my regional setting to chinese simplified and restart window, it come out that my window cant start and some file is missing or corrupt, the file is something call nsl file......i cant even start in safe mode and do the repair with vista recovery tool.....anyone has the solution regarding this???

First, it would be VERY helpful if we had the Full file name and extension so we can research it and see if it's something that can be replaced, fixed, or possibly even malware that's causing this problem.
From what I can find with this little info of "nsl file", I get that it can either be a "Nokia Startup Logo" file, or possibly a "Neural Simulation Language", or even "Net Stat Live", a Network monitoring tool from AnalogX but without knowing if the nsl is the file extension or the actual file name, it's near impossible to properly research this any more.
Please post back with Exact information on this file if you can, full name and extension. Plus where did you get this modified Vista from? I've never heard of Nvidia releasing a modified Vista version and I doubt MS would allow that in the first place, so it makes me think someone has released a cracked Vista version they called this "Revolution" or something, but it's almost certainly not a Vista version released by Nvidia.

On your harddrive(pending on your model ) there is a section that holds an exact replica of your original computer state(when you first got your computer.
This process can be done easily but you will lose ANY AND ALL data that was on your hearddive. I had to do this once when i had few VERY VERY bad viruses and other things on my computer. It works amazingly.
If you would like to do this let me know and i will let you know the EXACT steps in doing this

That's only on OEM machines, and somehow I seriously doubt that this is one...
The poster states that "They" installed this altered Vista version, so there is most likely no hidden recovery partition to use here.

Also, more details about this 'modified version' of Vista would be nice - as I am not aware of modified versions of the OS, only modifications made *to* the OS....
