| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Deleted user account 'Documents' folder !!! Using vista x32 bit Home Premium. I tried to move Documents file icon on my desktop into the existing Documents folder shown in explorer by using alt+dragging the icon, multiple times. What i have is multiple empty Document folders under my user name. The recylce bin has the icons, but they are empty. How can i recover the data? Please be nice. |

| Vista Ultimate X64 SP2 | Re: Deleted user account 'Documents' folder !!! Use system restore, or restore file from backup start>Control panel>system and maintenance>Backup and restore center or start> in search bar type Restore, and click System restore. Follow prompts suggestion for copying files- open file, select all, copy and then paste into new file location. Do not cut, and when you have all files copied, then delete desktop folder/files.
