MFPMP.EXE - eating CPU

When a playing a song in WMP11 the MFPMP process takes up about 50+% of CPU.
why? any way to disable/delete it?

No that is a needed component for WMP11

so basically i have to live with that...gee, thanks MS!!!
well it's not really my computer, i'm using the good old Winamp...
but it's really sad that MS crap their software like that...
