I like my folders to be maximised when I open them,at the moment I have to do it manually,by extending it out,then pressing the max button,but upon re-opening it, it has gone back to it's original size??,how can I set it to stay maximised all the time??,even after a reboot,the size goes back to original all the time,can someone help me please??,thank you.

Hi riptorn,

It is 'supposed' to remember the last setting, but I know this often doesn't work. You could try Method 2 here: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/70819-windows-explorer-folder-view-settings.html

If that doesn't work, you should at least be able to maximize any window by double clicking the title bar. I find that much eaiser than trying to hit that little button. Double clicking again will, of course, return the original size.
