When my desktop opens up I receive the above message. Freedom is in the title bar. I have no idea what this is about. It slows down the opening bigtime

The complete message.
"If you do not restart freedom the services you enabled will not be protected"

I have no idea what this freedom program is.

Have you performed a full malware scan? Try using Malwarebytes.org to see if there is an infection, along with whatever else you already have installed....
