Hey Guys,
I have a question. The information tag that pops up when you mouse over an item in windows quickly disappears when you first directly mouse over the file or folder and will reappear for as long as you want it to if you point near the bottom of the selected item. Is this a normal thing or a bug in Vista? Has anyone else ever noticed this? Sorry for the explanation, I don't know of any other way to put it. Is there a Tutorial for this? Thanks :D
