rpcrt4.dll is the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) API, used by Windows applications for network and Internet communication.

Chances are, some piece of software you recently installed has corrupted it.

Open an Administrative Command Prompt (Click the Start Orb, type CMD, then in the search results, right-click on CMD and select "Run as Administrator"). From there, use "SFC /SCANOW" (without quotes) to scan the system for faults.
