Mysterious icon found in task switcher (Alt+Tab)

While switching windows, I came across an unknown icon.

(screen shot taken with a camera as I do not know how to take a screen shot of the task switcher)
The icon in question is on the far left, showing a red, yellow and blue square/box, within a white box.

There is no description when this icon is selected.
After spotting the icon and attempting to check the task manager for a running program with the matching icon, it is no longer shown in the task switcher.

I have searched through all of the icons on my HDD and have not found this particular icon.

I would like to know if anybody recognizes this icon.
Any help would be appreciated.

TERRIBLE, this is the Philippines after all.
The icon got similar coloring structure like Microsoft office, so could it be that the office updater was running and you just happen to stumble upon it. I don't have office installed to confirm what the icon looks like when office is updating, so I may be wrong about this, but it's better than nothing.

Hello, thank you for the reply.
I do have Office installed but I do not think I have an updater that runs for it.
As said before, I searched using an icon search program and have not found this particular icon, making this all the more frustrating.
Added to that, I have never seen a firewall notice that such a program is trying to acess the internet.

In case it helps anyone else who is searching for the same info, I found that the mysterious red/orange/blue icon disappeared when I disabled / exited Sage's ACT! Outlook Sync in my Windows Tray area.

If I started up Sage ACT! Outlook Sync again, the mysterious icon reappears.
