Hello, I am in need some help with BSD issues that have started after the last round of Vista updates and office updates. This is the system specs. After looking in system logs I have found many errors that I think may be part of or the issue. I am finding a driver “szkg5” that is not like and being block from loading. It is part of “WOW64” (whatever that is) I did a search for the driver and this is the location I find that driver in. Now the complete stop error message I get is: Stop: 0x0000007E (oxFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0XFFFFF800022B913A, 0XFFFFFA6001B24388, 0xFFFFFA6001B23D6070). This is the dump I got this morning after the dump I got yesterday which was a “system service exception win32k.sys with a date stamp of 48d1bca9 Address FFFFF96000128FAF base at FFFFF960000C0000” After this error I went to the last know good and the PC ran for the rest of the day. Then when I got up the next day I had the BSOD error above. Now I have some logs to go along with this, that I have attached.
