Well i just did a fresh install of vista and it's seems nice and fast but when opening and closing windows and scroling ect it's all jerky. Not really jerky a little. Specs in sig.

Could it be a video issue or something. I want nice and smoth scroling and performance.

Well, there's your problem then. You will need to get a legal copy then. You could have a some form of malware on your computer since it did not come from a legitimate source.

OEM (Original Equipment Maker) - Came with your computer from the manufacturer. It's usually only a Vista recovery installation disc that can only do a clean install back to factory default. You usually can only install it on the the computer that it came with or first installed on.

Retail - Purchased Vista installation disc package from a retail store. It can be installed on any computer.

You will need to get a legal copy of Vista. We cannot help you with an illegal copy.
