| Vista Home Premium 32-bit & Vista Ultimate 64-bit both Service Pack 2 W7 Pro RTM 7600 32 & 64 | Re: Restricting user access ? Hi ragtop69gs and welcome to Vista Forums ![]() Have a look at the following Tutorial: Control Panel - Enable or Disable I suggest that you download and save both of the provided files and save them to a USB memory stick that you have full control of. You can then enable and disable this feature as and when you need to by running the two files from this stick. Don't copy or download these files onto the computer itself as it is possible for your kids to circumvent this restriction if they get hold of these files. |

| Vista Ultimate X32 | Re: Restricting user access ? Besides, Parental Controls allow you to do a whole lot more. Any parent with Vista should be utilizing the feature to it's fullest potential. There is not enough emphasis put on this very valuable feature in vista. That is not to say it doesn't have some issues. But over all there are some pretty powerful features that are very useful. |
