I haven't used Vista in on my laptop for a while. Now, when I use Vista it is extremely slow. It freezes too much and when I click on Ctrl+Alt+Del and then press on Start Task Manager, the Task Manager doesn't open! How can I solve this problem?

You can run SFC and see if it fixes your task manager problem.

Although, it's possible malware might be causing your problems. If you have an Antivirus program, run a full scan to be sure.

Try activating Task Manager from the taskbar. Right click it.
