Supports 8GB of dual-channel DDR2 533/667/800/1200MHz
I would go with 800 MHz, as it is inexpensive (at least on newegg.com). Your computer supports the following RAM. 533MHz will be the slowest, while the 1200MHz will be the fastest.

533 MHz=DDR2 PC2-4200
667 MHz=DDR2 PC2-5300/PC2-5400
800 MHz=DDR2 PC2-6400
1200 MHz=DDR2 PC2-9600
