advice needed please

my computer was acting up i restored it twice . still no luck , i reinstalled vista now all it will do is let me put my password in. the mouse doesnt work. i would like to take it back to the state it was before i put the disk in . is there anyway that this can be done. or have i destroed my computer for good:cry:

The advice you got on the other post was the best you could get.
okay,
You have two options-
Either take your computer to a friend or family member who is computer literate, or to someplace like Bestbuy and let them fix/reinstall Vista, reinstall your software/apps and install Antivirus protection.

You haven't destroyed your computer, I am sure a good computer Tech could have it up and running in no time flat
