New build screen shots. RAID 5 and system specs

I'm new to the forum and just recently installed vista 64bit on my newly built PC. I just thought I'd throw a few screen shots up of what is going on. This thing flys compared to my old Athlon XP 2600+ 266 FSB.

I prefer RAID 10 over 5. RAID 5 parity writes can slow down performance on A/V projects.

I use an LSI Logic MegaRAID 8708EM2 SAS RAID controller with 128 MB DDR667 cache on a PCIx16 v2 slot.

RAID 1:
Detailed Benchmark Results
Buffered Read : 1.01GB/s
Sequential Read : 119.73MB/s
Random Read : 128.25MB/s
Buffered Write : 679.29MB/s
Sequential Write : 31.91MB/s
Random Write : 31.21MB/s
Random Access Time : 1ms

I see your point. I used the onboard RAID controller though on my MOBO so we'll see how that works out. I think it would work fine for my purposes. I used a 150gb 10k rpm velociraptor for the OS and apps and am using the RAID5 for storage. So although more speed is always nice the RAID5's speed is not imparitive.
