Vista Tutorial - BootMGR is compressed

Well, everytime i boot this error message appears :
BootMGR is compressed.
Press Ctrl Alt Del to Restart.
Tried system restore, startup repair, even a trick on CMD to open firefox, but when i am about to open firefox, it says it cant open the program.
I dont know what to do, please suggestions

Solved!
All you got to do , is decompress your Hard Drive.
To do that, you Boot Windows CD, Go in Repair your computer, and then load drivers
By there, you go back until you find computer, and then you decompress everything.
Im so proud i did that

Actually, this message appeared because i checked to compress disk data on C Disk.

Probably best not to use that option on the System partition.
