Solved sfc/chkdsk Question

Hello, I was wondering if these should be ran periodically regardless of any apparent problems or not ? Thanks

If no issues they don't neccessarily need to be run...
But if you like do them every other month.

I run chkdsk error checking 2x a month. I defrag a few times a week. I run tape backup 2x a week at home. Nightly, at the office.
