Boot up Problem.....HELP.

I have made the mistake of telling a disk defragger to defrag my locked files on boot up......I did not realize that it would start defragging 17,000 files taking 1 to 2 minutes at a time. That means that in about 24 days it will be finished defragging. Needless to say I want to stop this but every time I try and reboot to stop it...it starts up again.

I have tried to boot up into Safe mode and remove it....but I lock up...trying to boot into safe mode.

I dual boot....so I can get to the files....if I could just get into my boot manager or where ever this darn thing has put its' self....I could delete the option for it to run at boot up.

Does anyone have any idea of how to get into boot mgr from another drive and edit it?

Thanks for any help on this one.
