Upgrading Vista 32 OEM

I bought a copy of Windows Vista Home Premium OEM x86 about a year ago for my build. Now, ive got 4GBs or ram, and want to use it all, and Vista 64 doesnt seem like a bad choice these days. Is there any way that I could get the same version (home premium) in a 64 version, and just do a clean install using my 32 bit OEM key? Thanks
