Ok so im not sure what would be causing this but it has happened a few times now. When I open a window, IE FF or any window for that matter, the outline of the window is like old school windows os. The aero transparency is gone ad the minimize, restore, close buttons are solid and have no color. They look like the old style windows....really old style. Anyone have a guess what would cause this. It is resolved by closing and reopening the window.
