Parental controls and activity reports

I am trying to make sense of the activity reports from Parental Controls but each website that my kids go to seems to generate dozens of URL hits in the log, some of which seem to have no relation to the site being viewed. How can I tell if they actually viewed a website?

Good question, I am about to install Vista 32 on my kids PC and I am reluctant to do so since I don't know it that well yet... this is one of the parts where I want to make sure what I am doing before taking the plunge.
