WMVs do not stream, only download

For some reason, when I click on links to WMV videos, they no longer stream via windows media player.. I am only given the option to download and play it from my compter..

Has some other media player program taken control of my file types or something?

Ummm.... Open the WMP and check settings?? I don't use it and am not to familiar with it... sorry.
