Solved Wrong Wallpaper Position

I didn't seem to find a solution for this issue.

I have a wallpaper that's 1280x800 and that's my monitor's resolution as well. I tried to have it "fit to screen" but the wallpaper ends up being at the upper left side of my screen (cutting part of the wallpaper). I've also tried the other available options tiling and centering but they all came out to be the same. I have to change the resolution every time I turn on my laptop  in order for it to actually fit to the screen; change 1280 to another resolution and then change it back again to 1280 for it to actually fit. But even still this option doesn't really cover my entire screen (2nd picture: Top part)

Any clue to my problem?

You may try to uninstall video (Display) card driver and restart the computer...it should re-install the driver automatically.

could be issue with "corrupted user folder". Try new user account.

I uninstall and reinstalled the nvidia video card but that didn't do anything. I did make a new account and it did fix the problem but now how do I make the other account come with all the custom settings and program as the original one?

You can move your data from old account to new account. if you try to copy the user settings (AppData) from your old account, i am afraid you may experience the same issue in new account.

Use "Easy Transfer" and transfer your settings except display and appearance which you can find under windows settings.

Let me know if you need help in using Easy Transfer to transfer user files and settings.
