Vista/Drive Partition/Help

Ok, a friend and I built a beautiful computer, with a 1.5 TB drive, we partitioned (and installed Vista x64 on, the drive with a 40 GB partition for the OS.

It's currently at 38 GB's and I afraid I will run out of space. (What happens then?)

We named the partition C: and the remaining 1.40+TB's E:, is there a way to increase C:'s size to say 80 GB's?

Please keep in mine that this is my first Vista based comp.

Please help, and i'd love it if you said yes I can increase it lol.

Respectfully,
Paul H.
