dm3dr.dll not loaded error message

am having trouble with d3drm.dll have downloaded march 08 dist that i saw on this forum. where do you move it to get it to work? will it work on home premium 64 bit?

1. Make sure you do have the d3drm file downloaded to your computer.​
2. Bring up that file to the desktop, right click on the file, choose Copy

3. Bring up System32 .( If you don`t know how to do that -- click Start button. In the Search box type system32. It will appear at the top. Click that )
4. Curser on the system , right click , choose Paste. You should be in. You should see the d3drm.dll file inside the system Highlighted​

Probably you need this module to any x32 application which it required.If I have right and downloaded this module from net you should it place in C:\Windows\SYSWOW64
where system stor x32 code otherwise it won't work
