Solved Unable to post bmp files to C:\Windows

Help, I am unable to post bmp files to my C:\Windows folder. "You don't have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission." (Bummer -- I am the computer administrator and this computer's sole user.)

Are you able to save the files to your desktop first, then move them to the C:\Windows folder?

2. Personalization
3. Desktop Background

Browse to a picture,
select and voilá! :D
