Can't reinstall

I can't get the computer to boot from the disk. I can't get into my BIOS or anything because for some reason my keyboard won't work until the login screen. What are some other methods for reinstalling that don't require a keyboard, or if someone can give me some hints on how to fix this keyboard problem. I've tried 4 different keyboards and none of them do anything.

I've tried 3 usb ones and 1 prongy one. The prongy one won't even work so I guess that's out of the question.

What are my options? I just want to clean everything. I don't care how.

I would buy a new PS2 keyboard...the prongy one.
They are pretty cheap and handy to have around for issues like this.
Everyone should have one...even if it lives in the closet.

It probably won't...you've tried 4 others already so a 5th probably won't be much better.

The BIOS loads a basic keyboard driver that looks after any PS2 or USB keyboard so it can be used before Windows loads. It seems like for some reason this isn't happening so I would suggest you reset the CMOS to it's defaults to see if that helps.
Many new MoBo's have a button to press on them now to do this, Asus for one does this on almost all MB's now. Otherwise the way to make sure is to pull the MB battery (probably replace it as it may be the cause, low battery will do this also).
Leave it out for an hour or so just to be sure as it used to be a 24 hour deal but that's pretty much older MB's. Put in a new battery and try again, post back the results please.
