hey everyone i have windows ultimate vista running ... things were fine untill a few hours ago... now everytime i start my cpu ... windows keeps crashing... a msg pops up giving me 2 choices ... 1...search internet for solutions then restart explorer or 2..restart explorer...i have tried both but it keeps crashing and up pops the same msg over and over and over again!!! very frustrating... the cpus a 4 years old so its not the best i do need to upgrade and will do so later in the year... does anyone have any idea's or help...

Hi Montell,

I did a quick google search of your problem and found this; ThreatExpert Reports

It seems you have a trojan that is buggering up your system. The trojan is allowing remote access to your system. The only sure way to get rid of it is to backup your documents etc.. and do a format and reinstall your system. Others may want to recommend a good anti-malware product to try and remove the trojan, but as I said, the only true way to get rid of it is to format and reinstall vista.

I have found that 'Spyware Doctor' is very good at eliminating things like trojans. A complete reformat is the only way to be absolutely certain though.
