Hard disk problem error message

ok so i have vista eternity 2009 64 bit... my pc is sooo slow now and got no idea why.. it lags so much now. i keep experiencing the following error message on it ->

oh ya almost forgot.. i ran seatools long test and it passed.. so its not my HDD.. busy using them now... i am thinking may be my PSU (only got 350W powering 2 * HDD and graphics card) or could be faulty motherboard/CPU...

It _is_ the HDD.

SMART is reporting a failure and the disk driver is passing along the message.

If you search the HDD vendor's site and the web, you'll find SMART utilities that can show you more detail about the precise status problem being reported by the hardware.

if you dont think its the hard drive, try updating/reinstalling the controllers.
