Capture card help

Okay I purchased a Gateway while back and inside there is a capture card I have a 360 that I want to record my gameplay on so I can put it on my PC and make a video, But in order to do that I need all this shizam I guess,

I have an internal capture card called ViXS PureTV combo or something on the lines of it but I really have no idea where to go Ive looked at their website nothing Ive checked google nothing Im tired of looking around and getting no progress

I have bought an S-Video cable and a Coaxial cord, because thats whats on the capture card now really Im stumped I have a 360 with a componant cord how am I supossed to capture something thats going to be on video 1 not S-video I have no Idea whats going on please help.
