You might also need this info
Use a program such as Irfan view take the screenshot and open Irfan view select edit and paste then you just have to save your picture to the desktop for example ready for uploading
Alternatively you can use the snipping tool select the little arrow next to New and select From the menu again save to desktop

Try a programme called 'FastStone Capture'. Google should find it for you.
It allows you to select various or all parts of your screen, rectangles or irregular, then you can either print it for yourself or save the selection as a file to email or attach. I've found it invaluable as have several friendsl.
