I have tried everything to solve this.. On most of my programs and also just on the internet and trying to save a Picture.. I get no Save As box.. that lets you name the file or choose the file extension some programs I do.. but allot I don't.. I have tried all the Adminstrator options.. I even disabled the User control panel.. I have tried reinstalling programs..
Saving the file to all different folders..
But no Save as box appears.. I just get an explorer type box.. with no options. to name the file or choose a file type.. I'm ready to just wipe the hard drive on A NEW COMPUTER. And install windows XP
