| Vista Bussiness x64 PL | Re: Can't change Date Or Time I think you are administrator Start>>Search>>secpol.msc navigate: Policies>>User rights>>Change the System Time Local Service and Administrators group must to have access to this option - if is another you have to fix it |

You might double check to see if the Windows Time service is set to Started and Manual. You might also check to make sure that your time in CMOS (BIOS) is set correctly. Hope this helps, Shawn |
