I am new to the forum I have a Dell 1535 it is 5 months old. I have had to call dell several times after running their hardware diagnostic they have informed me that the problem that I am experiencing is an issue with the registry. I was not able to get to my desktop had a blank screen. When I did get to it I was not able to access the internet. I have since returned to factory settings. I find the laptop is not as fast as when I first got it. I read in the forum another 1535 owner disabling his web cam when he upadated. Just wondering if I have to do the same.
My laptop has a webcam and finger reader I have had problems with the finger reader where the software sent from dell wont even load without an error message and dell uninstalled and did there thing to fix. the finger reader is again not working. I am hoping my post is not confusing. Whatever info you can provide would be useful please in as simple terms as possible
