| Vista Ultimate 32bit | Vista defrag of RAID 0 taking longer than 8 hours?? Hello All, I am in the process of rebuilding my computer and I 2 WD 500GB SATA drives in a Raid 0 configuration. I currently have 153 GB of dada on the drive. The disk vista defrag utilitiy has been running for about 8 hours and it still has not completed. is this abnoramal or par for the course for an Array of this size? Thanks for the input. -Jason |

| Windows 7 x64 | Re: Vista defrag of RAID 0 taking longer than 8 hours?? Are you using Vista's defrag? I'd recommend something like Auslogics defrag as a third party program. |
