Vista - All personal folders on taskbar preview has a green arrow pointing upwards

I don't know how to get rid of this! This has happend to me a couple of times.My personal folders on the taskbar preview has this picture of a green arrow pointing upwards and I kind of need some help to get rid of this,instead of removing my User.I did download music & one of the files was not a MP3 file,so it showed just a white file.It did say a file name that was different than all the MP3 files.It said something about saving to a folder & I was wondering if it had anything to do with creating that green arrow in the brown folders,if someone can help,it would be a greatly appreciated,Thank's!
