Custom themes

Hello, sorry if this post is in the wrong place but i am new.

Ok, well i have been trying to install a custom theme(Vista Reflections by =counteralchemist on deviantART) in vista ultimate x32 and have had no luck.:mad: I have used vistaglazz to patch the shell files and the msstyles but cannot get this theme to show up in the themes drop down list. I am not completely sure how to install these things:shock:, so if someone could help me that would be nice!

My advice is to never use a theme that isnt by Microsoft. Patching system files can lead to system instability and in a worst case scenario you will need to reinstall vista. If you look at the theme you want to install its been created by a 15 year old kid. Loads of people install themes created by teenagers and then wonder why there pcs f****d.

No problem, i hope it goes well. Although its a good idea to backup the dll's that are being changed as well as creating a restore point just in case.
