When logging on this morning, received "User profile Failed the Logon, User Profile Cannot be Loaded" message.
Any support I read instructs "Click Start" then proceeds with additional instructions. Problem...There is no access to "start" on the logon screen.
Does anyone know how to get past this or to resolve.
