Deleted Recycle Bin Pics Still not totally gone

Runing Vista and deleted a bunch of old pics...... When I Run a picture search (Search Results in Computer > Other ) and search pictures prior to todays date and the *.*, The pictures I deleted from the recycle bin show up as icons with all the pictures on the computer, as if they are still there......cant open them but they are visible....

Does anyone know how I get them off of this search?

Hello Mikko1, and welcome to Vista Forums.

Since the index only runs slowly in the background during low or no computer usage when the computer is on, it has not finished updating itself yet. You can rebuild the index to force it to update faster and have these files removed from the index search results.

Boot into administrator and remove them.
