Problem with System Restore

Well, I just recently installed a little hacking tool for a game I play, and I guess my ad-aware detected a trojan.downloader and now my computer is acting extremely weird, I tried doing a system restore to rollback to yesterday and now it's not working, just asks me to close the program. I tried it in safe mode and it gave me the same error message. I really need some help here.

Run Malwarebytes and get rid of the trojan before the system restore.

Well, I just did a system restore without running that program, is that a bad thing.. ?

Also, when I run Firefox I get this from Web Shield alert:
