The screen saver is not working,
when we go to the screen saver setting - there is a message - "The screen saver can't run because it requires a newer video card or which require Direct 3D"
But it was working a day ago.
Hello Jerin,
Here are some items to check:
What graphics card do you have?
Do you have a wireless mouse or keyboard? If so make sure it has they have the latest drivers installed.
Have the latest graphics driver installed for it.
Refresh or update your WEI score.
Is it just that screen saver, or is it all screensavers including the default one from Vista?
Hope this helps for now,
Shawn
