iPod Touch-Vista Problems?

Ok so i havn't had a problem with my iPod Touch and Vista right until about Now. So i re-installed Vista the other day after hours of trying to solve MBR Problems. So when i plugged my iPod Touch (2nd Gen) Into my computer it worked fine. Drivers installed fine, and itunes did its thing. So i went back to it the next morning to find about 1020 Auto Play Windows from it disconnecting and reconnecting. So i thought maybe its the cable, nope Plugged it into my iBook G4 and it charged, synced and did its thing. Maybe its the USB Ports? Tried switching them, and most of my hardware relies on USB So i doubt its a USB Problem.

Re: iPod Touch-Vista Problems?

Hello Kidfork,

I actually have a similar problem with my audio plugs.
Anyways, I would plug in your iPod, and go into Auto play settings. From there, go to the bottom, where your iPod should be listed. Select "Do Nothing" from the drop down menu. This will stop the pop up boxes.

Now, unplug, and plug it back in. Does it make the little beep over and over again that means its disconnecting and reconnecting? What happens?
