COM Surrogate has stopped working

What do I do if the regsvr32 command fails or returns an error?

• Right click urge.dll, and then click Rename.

If you continue to receive errors after you uninstall URGE, remove urge.dll from your computer. The urge.dll file is used by URGE.

With the MMCompView i disable a lot of the codecs but not fix the problem.
If i uninstall my nero completely the problem is fixed? What do you thing?

Have u turned dep off for com surrogate, which i mentioned in the pdf file.
