Vista Ultimate 32-bit BSOD ahhhh!

I was Playing UT 99 GOTY a couple minutes ago and then all of a sudden the screen goes off and shows a BSOD. This is what it said :

Try updating your video driver and even reseating your video card into another motherboard slot if that's possible. A stop 0x116 suggests an outright inability to talk to the video subsystem and those other numbers are not going to be particularly helpful in this context.
