Cursor Select Color Problem!

Ok here's the deal! One day I turned on my computer and I selected some text for deleting and I noticed that the selection was light-blue instead of the normal blue it was before. Is there any way I can solve this problem???

Go here and select selected items from the drop down box.

Then select the color you want or enter these numbers in the custom color to get the default color back.
