Problem with istalling - "BOOTMGR is compressed"

I know that people have already talked about this, and I looked at them. Unfortunatly they cannot help me.

I am getting the error message:

    BOOTMGR is Compressed
    Press Crtl+Atl+Del to Restart

I do this and it comes back. Unfortunatly I do not have access to the DVD, (I moved recently & it broke) is there another way around this? Or do I need to find a new DVD?

I have little experience with command lines so a simple walkthrough would be greatly appreciated.

Hi dtorrey867 and welcome to Vista Forums

There is a Tutorial on this: BootMGR Compressed Message at Boot Fix

Unfortunately, you will need access to a Vista DVD, so see if you can borrow one from someone.
